The present Eighth festival is based on the theme of one of the main problems of modern culture — the correlation of Ethnicity and Technique in art in the era of globalisation. Music of composers from Europe. Asia. Africa and Australia will bе heard in the festival programmes and in the framework of traditional musicological conference discussions will bе held on the theme of festival. Well known performers will give workshops for young musiciaпs.
